"Did the job - but would not stay again. Cons: room was much smaller than expected from photos, no storage space whatsoever for your clothes etc. Air-conditioning is good but very loud which makes it hard to sleep, overall the place seems like it hasnt had a refurbish in a while, as other reviews mention there is only one lift for the 28 floors so you can be left waiting a while. "The hotel is some what conveniently located with excellent harbor view. It is a bit old with only one elevator in operation when we visited. The room was spacious for HK standard and nicely equip. The room is clean with daily housekeeping service. The staff were relatively helpful."

"The staff were very rude when I went check-in. They were scolding myself and another guest on “how to check-in properly” despite a very lacking of signage and descriptions from the property itself. "Very confusing and difficult to find this place. And once you do find the check in office you have to find the room itself. The room was very small, had no windows and the fan inside the room for air ventilation was very very loud. Just felt like this place was very overpriced for a very disappointing product. "
