Room was clean and location was close to the metro station as stated in reviews. However we had trouble with the shower, which was in a shower room. This room filled with ankle deep water which spilled into the sink area and then into the foyer, requiring me to use the towels to create a dam and mop up the water. I believe the shower drain backed up, either because of a hair collecting device or because of a partial blockage further downstream. I emailed the owners and a woman showed up within an hour to bring us more clean towels and to help me clean up the mess. This was the first time we had used the shower. After she cleaned it, it drained ok.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed with excellent location, great room condition and amenities, and last but not the least wonderful staff.

The room was a little small for me and my 2 girls. I probably should have stayed in a bigger room. I would have liked if the shower and toilet were in separate rooms. Otherwise the property is beautiful and very close to the train station forgetting around.

5 star hotel by all means. The rooms gets cleaned all the time, the towels get changed all the time and the staff is nice and helpful. If staying in Shinjuku, I definitely recommend!

My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure. Breakfast was amazing, room was cleaned very well, projector instead of a tv was kool and different.
