"God is Amazing!! We loved our stay here. The staff is upbeat and they seem genuinely happy to see clients and serve them. The rooms are stocked with room slippers and PJ’s and sliders to use at the hotel bath. We didn’t have time to try the bath, but I did see there is a male & female bath. The rooms have face cleanser, face moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (which are all high in quality). The rooms also have body towels which can be used to scrub your body during shower...

"6박7일이라는 긴 스케줄을 함께한 충분히 안전하고 깨끗한 숙소였어요. 위치도 정말 좋아 신오쿠보역에서 어디든 이동가능했고 신주쿠 지역까진 느긋하게 도보로도 가능했어요. 어메니티로는 공용 샤워실의 샴푸, 린스, 바디클렌저까지 완벽. 단 치솔치약은 제공하지 않고 자판기 100엔으로 판매하는데 진짜 일회용 정도니까 2박 이상 머무실 분은 꼭 양치질세트를 미리 준비하도록 하세요.타올은 늘 충분하게 제공해 주시는데 조금 아쉬웠던건 타올가루(?)가 샤워 후 몸에 많이 묻어서 떼어 내야 했네요. 위치나 청결도 가격면에서 솔로여행객에게는 충분한 숙소였습니다. 추천합니다."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Convinient location - walking distance to Sinjuku Gyeonmae station and Shinjuku station. Check out process was fast and luggage storage was available. If the Sento were to be closed later, it would be better. Currently it closes at midnight. It is not always possible to make the timing if one were to be out and caught the last train back. I would suggest for the Sento to be closed at 2 or 3 am instead."

"We stayed at the other location in Shimokitazawa last time we visited, and although the Shinjuku location is nice it is definitely a step below. The onsen was very busy, and a lot of people who seemed less likely to follow the onsen "rules" (brining phones inside, not washing before entering pool, etc). The elevators are very slow, and I found the room layout not very functional (we've stayed in small rooms before, this one was small and felt like the choices prioritized "design" or looking good...
