So happy with our stay here. We had a late flight in and loved the free shuttle bus service from the airport as it’s our first time in Osaka.
We love not having to worry about public transport with kids late at night.
The room was big and spacious, we all had a good night sleep.
The next morning we walked to Rinku Outlet mall and enjoyed our first day in Osaka shopping.
Great prices and beautiful sea side view to enjoy coffee.
Would definitely stay here again for the first stop before heading to Namba after a long flight.
All the staff were so lovely, we also stored our luggage while we spent the day shopping.

The room was big and bathroom new looking bedroom sleeping great. The restaurants are high quality but overpriced and have bad reviews on google. I eat steak almost everyday but I don’t over pay for atmosphere or ambiance or high paid staff.
