We were disappointed with check in as we were told to take a seat and no one came to help us. When we asked it was clear they forgot about us. The manager rectified by proving us with drink vouchers for sky bar. One day our room had not been cleaned by 3pm . Once we called reception this was taken care of immediately. Otherwise the location and property is overall an excellent choice.

The rooms and service were excellent. Lovely pool on site as well. A bit outside of the main touristy areas allows for a quiet respite outside of the busier areas of Bangkok. Easily accessible and would recommend

Overall a very memorable experience. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to all our requests. Breakfast had a good selection of local and international options, delicious fruits. The most enjoyable was the seafood bbq on Sunday. By the beach watching the sunset and a fire show together. Will revisit and stay longer next time. Hotel is clean and well maintained but does not offer much dining options in the walkable area. Hotel staff are friendly however at check in the receptionist informs the hotel does not have such policy to upgrade Expedia VIP Platinum which is not true since it is a VIP Access hotel and clearly the hotel is not busy and definitely has rooms to accommodate the upgrade. Staff should be trained better.
