Their service is good. Room service is great. Every thing is good

I stayed here twice in one week in the second stay was exceptional. they will come to me and upgraded me to a larger room. The hotel is very clean and the staff is kind.

The room smell a bit funny, and the headboard fabric flakes off. The overall cleanliness is not that great, but the staff showed great support for any problems I’ve encountered.

Very good location . Next to the river, you can walk along the river, beautiful. The hotel is okay, the breakfast was very good

Everything was good. But it would be really nice to have a closet or drawers somewhere in the room.

Despite the lovely room, this hotel is lacking in service. Breakfast room service took a long time to come (>1.5h). Left my charger in the hotel room after check out and was greeted by a pretty rude staff member when I called back to check.
