"Very comfortable room. It rained during our stay; but didn’t need to buy an umbrella bc our room had one. The hotel offered a discount for a massage; but when I payed they charged me for a more expensive one (which I didn’t asked for). The massage is offered by a third party company."

"Stayed for a couple of nights at the end of a Chinese holiday. Our room was spacious, clean and had a view of the Pudong skyscrapers, including the Pearl. Breakfast was glorious, and the pool facilities fantastic. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout, and although it's a 15 minute stroll to the nearest metro, it's a very pleasant area. "

"The hotel is in a great location. A short walk down Nanjing Road to the Bund. Lots to see in the area and nothing is really far away by taxi/Didi. The food choices for breakfast and dinner were extensive. Great gym, steam room, and pool. The staff were really helpful. If you don’t speak Mandarin then just take your time explaining what you need. My room was compact but the view was amazing, and the bed was comfortable and spacious. "

Francis, at check-in, was extremely considerate and thoughtful to our needs and he made our hotel experience very pleasant from the beginning."

"I love that the hotel was located in a prime location not far from the bund or yu garden. It sits on lines 10 and 14 so it makes it easy to access the rest of the city. I love that the staff was friendly very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was nice. The views were pretty good as well. The layout of the room and bathroom was nice and very clean the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and I love the small features such as the chandeliers. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
