"Fabulous stay. We were upgraded however the room smelled like smoke, so they kindly upgraded us again within about an hour. Love the Venetian, so easy to walk over to the londoner and the parisian and you get dining and activity discounts throughout as a guest. Convenient office at the main lobby to book and get on bus to HKG/HKG or Macau airport and convenient shuttle as well. Highly recommend"

"There is no customer service regarding the shuttle bus drivers. Their attitude is obnoxious. I’m a first timer to this hotel. The bus stopped at a hotel. I’m honestly not sure if they are the same place or a cluster of places that share a bus stop. So I asked the driver while I was getting off. He could simply told me I should get off at the next stop. Instead, he blamed me for not hearing him clearly.
