"Dining options were good! Our room was clean and updated! We enjoyed the mini bar snacks and the glass bottles of water. Shuttle services inside the resort was good! Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy! "

"Loved our stay! Caesar our family selection butler was so friendly and helpful! From reservations to forgotten toothbrushes he and Luis were able to help with anything we needed. Plenty of activities for our teens and the Family Selection beach and pool were amazing!"

"Sports bar food was nasty. I wished there was authentic Mexican food at the buffet station. I didn’t quite understand how certain shuttles picked you up or said they couldn’t take you to your destination."
