"The Hyatt HB is a beautiful resort. We had the best time. All our meals were fantastic. Water Table wa a wonderful. The resort also has a pizza parlor, little shops and market, and it’s close to many shops and restaurants in Pacific City and downtown. The location to the ocean is fantastic and the pools and water slide are fun for the family. "

"This resort left me speechless. The rooms are so nice the walk to downtown Disney is so easy. The property is so pretty. The scooter rental left our scooter downstairs. The staff is so nice. It felt like an updated grand how the grand should feel. I can't wait to stay here again. The room service is fast. They told us an hour I was not complaining I was willing to wait they came in 10 min. Love this hotel."

"The Hotel was upgraded since our last visit. Stayed in a suite and it was really nice. My only complaint is the valet parking at $40 a day does give you in and out privileges but everytime you want your vehicle you are expected to tip everytime. You would think this would be included in the daily fee. If you aren’t planning on using your vehicle a lot no big deal. "

"Our stay at Pacific Palms Hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The rooms were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after a long day of activities. "I really liked the fact that all my kids fit comfortably and I was able to cook in the full kitchen. I did not like that 7th st. Is vlised and we had to park actoss the street in a parking garage. There was lots of crime and your constantly hearing sirens and helicopters. I had to walk down the block and thwn cross the street and come back down to the hotel with all our luggage and kids. It has its good and bad. I probably would rent again because of the size of the place and price"
