"Our stay at the Baymont was a disaster! Initially we were placed in a room that was adjacent to a service room that had ongoing noisy equipment, and needless to say, we weren’t going to get any sleep being in that room. We requested being moved to another room so that we could get some sleep after a long day driving on the road. By the next morning we had discovered room conditions that were shockingly disgusting. Summed up, areas around the room were covered in dust and filth that resembled...

"The hotel was clean and quiet. The issue with our stay was that we needed a cot and before the booking, they had clearly stated they offered cops for free. Again after booking, I read that kites were free upon request. We needed a cot as our children do not sleep well together. The manager on duty told me that they do not give out air mattresses anymore because it is a fire code violation. I did not ask for an air mattress, I asked for a cot. Apparently the hotel needs to figure out its policies...

"The rooms were very clean. Parking plentiful. Ms Q and Angel were nothing short of amazing. Very accommodating. Came in town for a funeral and got to hotel early. They let me do an early check in to get myself together and I really appreciate the hospitality. Employees like them make you wanna come back. My next trip in June I will surely be back. "
