Hotel amenities says it has microwave oven, didn’t find anything. Surroundings stairs, room sink, walls are dirty. Wrote review. "Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner."

"The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking. So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the...

"Spent 1 night. It was clean and safe location. Staff was great. Downside, our room did not have stocked items like dishes etc to grab some groceries to make dinner. I would stay again as the staff was great."

"We were extremely satisfied with the 3 bed apartment we had for the 5 days we had in Nashville. It was right in the centre of music row & about a 25 minute pleasant walk to broadway. If you don’t want to walk, Motiv provide a free shuttle bus to Broadway which we thought was a fantastic addition. The pool area was perfect & was nice & clean. I can’t really find any faults in the apartments. Nashville, you were amazing & we will 100% be returning to these apartments when we return."
