"This place was very modern and very clean. In a great location, and I like parking right in front. The only negative was that it appeared someone had backed into the fence around the parking lot, making the first impression of the property not very good (which was not accurate!). Please fix the fence. Overall...fantastic!"

"Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. "

"We were excited about this stay based on the pictures and the location, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t quite match the listing. The home is in need of some attention—many of the furnishings, from the beds and sheets to the doors and windows, felt very worn and dated. It’s clear the property could benefit from some thoughtful updates. Another important note for future guests: the house is located very close to a busy road and a train track.
