"Property staff was very amicable. Kelvin in the front desk was extremely accommodating and was able to give us a room soon as we checked in despite being 2 hours early (we got lucky it had been cleaned already, because we were exhausted!); Oldy at the Cafe Btwn bar was so nice and fun to talk to. The only downside was that the AC was not working properly for the first two days - it kept fluctuating from 73 to 78; it got really hot in there!! Other than that, I would def recommend. Perfect spot...

"I understand this is a cheaper hotel in Nashville BUT dirty bedding deserves a negative 5 stars on cleanliness. We got in late, the beds were barely made and when we pulled the blanket back, there was pubic hair and blood everywhere. That should be enough said, but the bathroom looked like it wasnt clean either. Toothpaste on the mirror, more hair in the shower, mold growing everywhere. Absolutely unacceptable. "The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price. "Breakfast resembled a holiday inn express, there was what looked like mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and no fan. The AC unit was so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep. The room had an odor that wasnt exactly refreshing. The gym was nice and the lounge area was pleasant. Theyll get there soon. "
