Hotel Dekat Capitol View

"This hotel was recommended as a "luxury" option, but I found that it didn't live up to that label. We stayed for four nights, and our room was never cleaned. While the towels were changed, that was the extent of the housekeeping. I've never stayed at any other hotel where the staff didn't make the beds or vacuum the floors. This was not the experience I expected from a luxury hotel."

"The only issue was on check in. The guy who checked is in ( long black hair in a ponytail ) initially booked us into the wrong room. ( 10pm on 5th ). When we went back down to get checked into the right room it looked to be a huge inconvenience for him to sort. Plus the refund of the deposit taken on my card for this room has not been paid back yet - 2 x 98.78 on to card no 5384 2300 8037 2376. I’m still waiting on this to be paid back . I’ve spoken to hotel staff who said they would get it...

"We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me. I went on the app and checked in to my assigned 2 queen bed room. When we arrived the next day, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone who guaranteed me the correct room...

"We had a 2 night stay at the Omni. Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and the lobby was beautiful. We were able to check in early with no problems. Our room was good -- it had a funky smell but we acclimated. Our room was a bit run down. The toilet flusher was broked, the handle to get into the shower was broken, and there was a lot of grout missing on the shower floor. "I enjoyed the ground floor room with easy access to the street and parking. The staff was very helpful and courteous, especially the young man at the desk who greeted me and held the door. I sat briefly at the third-floor pool deck; the little coffee shop was closed. The exercise room was fine. The room was large, the kitchen good, the bed soft, the water hot, and super clean.
