"This is a little older hotel that is off the strip. But the location was great - very close to the I-15 freeway for zipping around Vegas. The hotel is a flashback to the "old" Vegas amenities with $1.99 margaritas and $2.99 shrimp cocktail, plus free drinks while playing slot machines. Free/easy access free parking. "My wife complained about something bitten her at side of bed. It was a king size bed. Today I examined her and found Two of her arms had a visible bites which appears to be a bed bug bites. I took pictures of them for any future ref purposes. "

"Palms was a great value property for our spring break getaway. The room was an average hotel-sized room and mostly clean and well-maintained. The variety in options at the onsite food court was great, and very budget friendly if you don't want to spend a lot at the restaurants. The casino area was a good time, although I wish there were more tables for table games (roulette, blackjack, poker). Felt like a primarily-slots casino. "Breakfast was great and fresh each morning. The bathroom was not cleaned thoughly upon our arrival as there was hair in the shower and a dead bug on the floor as well as missing half the towels. Also the safe was not reset and we could not utilize it. But overall it was a great stay and beds were comfortable, pool was nice and staff friendly. "

"Charged my card $260 when I wasn’t even physically at the property. My brother booked the room under his name and showed up for the reservation but they wouldn’t take his card with his name that’s matches his ID. They said they needed mine as mine was what my brother used to reserve the room KNOWING they would have to change it because it wasn’t my reservation. The front desk when I called TOLD me they couldn’t charge my card since I wasn’t there but yet I was charged?"

I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking.
