"Beautiful hotel, wonderful service, amazing pool. Only downside is the bar, including the carousel one. Always packed, super loud, impossible to get a seat, which is a bummer for a hotel bar. "Very nice accommodations with a balcony and terrific views of the city of New Orleans. Other pluses were : we had a living room with tv, hallway and bath, and a separate bedroom with King size bed. amenities included free buffet-style breakfast and nightly drinks in the lounge. The only minus I have, (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that it took at least 30 minutes to get hot water to the shower. We were on the 15th floor and that could be the reason. I would stay there again, just not...
