2nd time staying here and really no severe complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was neat and kept tidy on request. However during my stay this time, the towel rack was missing and I assumed this room was due for maintenance but staff was unaware and placed me in it. Not severe as its just a towel rack but perhaps if they had known they would've placed me in a different room.

You will not find a better value stay than this!!

My 2 travel buds and I chose this hotel for its location - it is a stone's through away from the eatery we had planned to check out and barely a sweat away from Taman Mutiara MRT station. Will stay again as travel buds want to return to check out the many other eateries in the enclave!! :))) Our only grouse is the bathtub - half the bathroom can get really wet if one is not careful with the shower spray.. :D

Nice interior design, helpful staff

The interior design of the hotel looks good and modern. We quite like it when stepping into the hotel. When we checking in the room, one of the beds found with ants. We informed the staffs, within a short while they arranged another room for us. The service of the staff was prompt and helpful. The other room we changed to, everything was fine and clean. The room even though was small, but worth to stay at the price we paid for.

Small hotel

Hotel room (201) is way too small. Open the door and barely clears the bed frame. Hotel was artfully converted from an existing shop house but my room faces a busy road and traffic can be heard throughout the night. Room could have used a standing shower area, but instead it squeezed in a miniature bathtub which couldn't allow full extension of body. Hotel mini fridge was ore like a drink cooler that failed in its job to cool even a canned drink. Asked for a 2nd key card but was told policy of hotel is to issue 1 per room.

This place is overrated. don't know if it is from verified customer like me who rated this place. look at the size, it is way too small. service is good but space is terrible.

Cheap, brand new hotel. Fairly clean.

Overall it was great. Clean room, very small that there is no space to put more than a small carry on luggage. However, in my life, I have never entered a room to find out a guy is sleeping on the bed. They got mixed up and gave me an occupied room! Then instead of admitting the mistake they made, they blamed it on the customer entering the wrong room! How is it possible since the key is an electronic key?! It is better to admit your own mistake than blaming it on others.

Quaint stay

Boutique hotels are always tricky because in pictures and photos they appear more charming than they actually do in actual fact. Make no mistake with Bello, this place is charming and quaint. Located in the suburbs of Cheras just on the fringe of KL a passerby may need to look hard to see it's navy blue façade and actually spot it. Once inside, the contemporary-Victorian mashup really appealed to me. They don't have many rooms but it was the reason why it was quiet and peaceful. Be reminded all the items in the room can be bought being a boutique hotel. The neighbourhood is easy to get food and get about to KL city centre or to other parts of Klang Valley. Nearby, there is also a neighbourhood mall for some shopping if you're into that. Great place to stay if you chose a place outside KL. Once the MRT station is fully operational there will be more access to further areas and not limited to ride sharing services.
