For being a “high end” hotel it is in rough shape. Torn carpet, stained walls, not very clean for the way the world is right now. No amenities were open which I understand with the covid-19 but I don’t feel the staff were friendly, welcoming or willing to help with the circumstances. I was travelling with a 2 year old. I had a rental car that I needed to unpack but was told I couldn’t leave it anywhere to take the time to do the 10-15 min of unloading of the vehicle. So I was forced to leave them in the car while I unloaded the vehicle. It was three trips of luggage, with “security” watching my every move. No offer to help as I had a car seat, stroller etc falling off the cart.
The hotel is in need of repair. Is not at all worth the price they are charging. They had an in room dining menu - was over priced. Taking advantage of people who have to be there to get home. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I would stay away from the airport and shuttle to it on departure day
