"We had a wonderful 3-night stay. Nadia at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. She gave us an incredibly thorough overview of Venice, including the best spots to shop and how to navigate the city. She was always smiling and happy to answer our questions. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations for the price. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely hotel! Walking distance to many nice places in Venice, especially the square! Friendly staff and love the hotel vibe. We are also very glad that they have a lift so we don't struggle with our luggage. 😅 Bonus - spacious room! Highly recommended. "

"The Hotel it is difficult to find, because it is nestled in between a restaurant. Better directions need to be provided. The elevator was broken and it was difficult to carry all the luggage to what they call the 2nd floor but really is more like the 3rd floor. I came home with a pull back, and I am fairly young. The room is spacious for European standards, clean and it does have an amazing view."

"Our daughter booked us this hotel room for our 50th anniversary. The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in a concept room and it was absolutely stunning. Every detail was gorgeous. The hotel staff was so helpful prior to our arrival with assisting with transfer arrangements and our entire stay with anything we needed or any questions we had. We also had the breakfast which was brought to our room daily and was delicious. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend. What a romantic...

"There was no cleaning until after 3 nights which was not previously mentioned until the day before check in. The price seems kind of high for no cleaning. I stayed in apartment 04 and there was a really gross sewer smell in our apartment the whole stay that was nauseating. The apartment was spacious & clean otherwise. The location is a 30min walk from St Mark’s but central to the train. Check in is all done digitally so no staff to help or interact with"
