"It’s a boutique hotel with less foot traffic but still so many dining options all around. It’s off a side street from Gran Via so location doesn’t feel as chaotic compared to staying directly on Gran Via. Hotel is still in the heart of all the shopping and dining. It’s an easy walk to the Palace and Cathedral. It is very loud at night and loud in the very wee morning hours!! Every single night we experienced extremely loud street noise from drunken people, trash trucks and people talking loudly....

I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "
