"The location of this property cannot be better - within a few minute walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations and the major landmarks. The room was clean and updated and staff member was so helpful. I would stay here if I visit Madrid again (one suggestion - free coffee or some other compliment would be nice even thought cafes are right outside the door. "

Only complaint is that there didn’t appear to be an extractor fan in the bathroom so the mirror became very steamy and covered in condensation - a fan or heated mirror would be useful"

"Absolutely lovely reception staff, super polite accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, there is so much to do around. Only thing it might be too chaotic for some as it is on a very busy main street (but luckily no noise in rooms). Our rooms were cleaned every day and the place was spotless when we arrived. Only main improvement would be for there to be better service on the rooftop bar, we arrived to sunbathe on a Friday morning and there was no service attention, also they...
