"Great rooftop bar, view, and location."

"Excellent location, extremely crowded and €40 per night parking is two blocks away, so better plan your travel, roof top bar offers incredible views and the staff is very attentive, service was good, rooms are clean. Overall 5 stars if I ignore the hotel’s response to an incident where the elevator broke down and no staff was able to help us out, technicians were delayed and unable to help at that time, mind you it was only 23:30 and we had to call a rescue team ourselves (luckily a local was with us when the emergency happened) otherwise we would’ve been stuck still because our phone service isn’t local, therefore we can’t make that type of calls. We got offered a breakfast or a bottle of cava (which we accepted) for the incident."

"Great location right at the top of Gran Via and next to metro stop. We had an enormous balcony room that extended the length of the Gran Via side of the hotel. It was larger than some apartments, which felt grand. But the chairs and chaise lounge were covered in stains, which was a real downer and made it feel less luxurious than it otherwise could have. The room itself was clean and tidy, as was the bed, so overall it was an excellent stay. The views over the city were wonderful and the staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast is fine but we ended up skipping it half the time in favor of variety elsewhere."
