" La hospedamos con nuestros perros desde el primer momento lo pusieron muy fácil para quedarnos con ellos. Personal de desayuno muy amables todos, sobre todo una chica alta rubia (olvide su nombre), al igual que las 2 personas que nos dieron check in "

"I’ll start with the staff. They were very attentive and available when needed. Next, the location. The property is situated with a few steps from the Gran Via by the Plaza de Callao. This is the social hub. And while there is activity past midnight all night, in the room, it was total silence. Next the Property itself. It was clean. The bathroom modern, the bed comfortable, and with the grocery one block away, we were able to have snacks and breakfast in the room before heading out. "

"Very nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Hostel Incrível a poucos metros da Gran Via e de estações de metrô. Cheguei por volta de 9h da manhã e fui super bem atendido. Como ainda era muito cedo, certamente eu não poderia usar o quarto pois ainda estava sendo limpo. Mas deixaram eu trocar de roupa para poder passear em Madrid e ficaram com minha mala. Ao retornar às 14h para o check-in, foi tudo muito tranquilo e minha mala já estava no quarto. A limpeza estava excelente, bem como o conforto do quarto. Havia ar condicionado, toalhas...

"Conveniently located, at a walking distance from El Prado, shopping, dining and local markets. Excellent neighbourhood. The hotel is quiet and the staff very helpful. The room is pleasantly decorated and impeccable! Very safe place that would recommend to anyone including inexperienced travelers. Last but not least, very affordable for such a great neighbourhood!"

"The hotel is small but they make the most of their space. It was clean, the staff was excellent and with the exception of very small windows, we have not complaints. Perhaps more important was how they responded when we needed something or something wasn’t quite right. They were superstars! There are plenty of good shops and sights nearby. Not truly central city, but a location we really enjoyed. We recommend The Francisco!"

"Perfecta ubicación, bonitas habitaciones, personal muy amable y hermoso roof; solo no servía uno de los elevadores y como hay tránsito ya que el roof es público, el otro tardaba mucho y teníamos que usar el de servicio o las escaleras. "
