"The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved.
They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. "

The decor is a bit date and I understand the east wing has already been refurbished so hopefully the west wing where we stayed will be done up soon.

"Overall a comfortable stay, just no toothbrush/paste was provided. Phone was without instruction/extension to connect to housekeeping. Overall rooms was clean but shower curtain need to be changed with obvious stain seen."
"I recently stayed at Pullman Kuching and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is currently under renovation, but there was no prior notice about this. Despite the ongoing construction, the room rates were still charged on the high side at RM400++ per night, without any facilities or breakfast included.
The constant noise from the renovation made it extremely uncomfortable to rest. On top of that, the room was not clean, and the shower was not functioning properly. I requested to change rooms, but I was told that all rooms were fully booked.
For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend it until the renovations are fully completed and service quality improves."
