"Excellent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful even with a last minute reservation. Right next to praia Caracol, a small beach where super friendly locals come to swim and standup paddle. Also right next to the Caracol Ultramar Ferry which was very convenient for us. It's front of a Starbucks and a Supermarket. Not a fancy stay but very comfortable and clean! A/C also worked well."

"The customer service was amazing. Every employee we interacted with at the resort was helpful and professional. Food at all the restaurants were good. I would say 80% of the food we ate was great. Least favorite was the steak house. Rooms cleaned every day but always had to request clean towels. Pools were small and the resort is clean but dated. The small beach area in front of the hotel was complete disappointment. So much seaweed every day we were there. We did not use it at all except for jet ski rental that was at the edge of beach area. Not sure we would stay here again because there are so many other options."

"Location is perfect, close to everything. Check in was smooth. Rooms were tidy and clean. Not a ton a people so it can feel a bit sketchy but it is not. Air conditioners kept our rooms cool. We did encounter a few roaches in the room which is why I'm rating it a 4. There were also alot of the Itty bitty smaller than an ant bugs that got into everything. If the property fumigated more often, it would be a 5."
