"The staff was nice. Friendly and helpful. I do wish they had some type of notice about the power outages that the area was experiencing. It was out of their control but it would have been good to know before it happened and I had no AC for a few hours. I will say that Miguel and the other lady at the front desk were beyond accommodating and tried to help in all possible way to make our stay better. "

"BE Tulum was on my list for a long time. It was all I have expected. Only things that were missing: Iron - Iron board No kettle or coffee machine. This was a big missing part. Also slippers can be given as floor is all natural. I think this could have been complimentary."
