"Great location! There is a cable car stop right outside. Loved the free cookies, apples and hot drinks in the foyer. Our room was lovely and clean, had a selection of pillows and the beds were really soft and comfy. The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. San Fran is an expensive place but this hotel offered good value considering the location and facilities. "

"Everything was pretty good service except we got a room next to the elevator and that was pretty noisy. We would have changed but there was no more rooms available to change too. They should tell you that our room was next to the elevator."

"Nice property near the center of the pier 39. Big and well-maintained building. Favorable check in (3PM) and checkout (12PM!!!) Very good and reach breakfast comparing to other hotels in the US There were huge lines during checking (3PM) and breakfast (9:00 - 9:30 AM)"

"Excellent place to stay. Location, cleanliness, and helpful courteous staff and service. The Brick and Beam, restaurant on site has outstanding breakfast and dinner. Especially in the morning the servers were wonderful. I would definitely stay again. "
