"The facilities were gorgeous. I loved the layout of the resort. The beds were comfortable but I will say the rooms could use a little updating. They were clean and our view in our ocean front room was beautiful. I liked that that there was only 8 rooms in our building and they put us right next to the other group we traveled with. The food was really good, not everyone there was all inclusive since part of the resort in time shares and if you aren’t all inclusive the food and drink prices are steep! I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive like this before where you have to get and sign a ticket each time and mark the price you would have paid if you weren’t all Inclusive. I wasn’t sure if 15% was expected as a tip or what the protocol was in this instance. The buffet for our family of 4 would have $150 and I never have tipped more than $5-10 for a buffet at other all inclusive resorts that is my only real complaint. "

" I was very happy with our experience. Very clean, everywhere. All of the staff were friendly. The dinner restaurants were amazing. Claudia and Rafael saved us a favorite table for breakfast. Perfect for whale watching! We had wonderful meals and service. Pool and patio bar ( Oscar was great!)food and service was great. Try the Mexican pizza!! Our concierge service was outstanding. Johana helped answer so many questions for us. We enjoyed the spa twice during our stay. Both Lupita and Rosa performed lovely massages. An amazing place to enjoy whale watching from our suite, from pools and most restaurants too."

"What a beautiful resort. The view, amenities, food, drinks, access to beach, gym, spa and even pickleball makes this place a one stop destination. No need to go anywhere else. Service was attentive and the place was spotless. Very family friendly and the weather in February was a perfect 80 degrees. Plenty of shade to lounge by the pool and the water temperature was soooo perfectly warm. "

"Everything was incredible. The steakhouse was delicious be sure to order the coffee for dessert, the Italian place sushi was to die for, the poolside drinks and food were perfect, the service was impeccable and the hotel amenities and facilities were so lux! 11/10 "
