"Brand new hotel so everything is new & clean. Beautiful modern design. Staff were very helpful especially Jaime, German, Humberto and Adriana. Rooftop pool was amazing but water was a bit too warm. We did try to eat at the rooftop restaurant on Wednesday night and it was closed. Too bad the surrounding empty lot did nor offer a nice view plus no balcony. Overall very good hotel!"

"Be careful with the booking. Hotels.com stated free return airport transfers then denies it was included, said it was hotels responsibility who said it was transport companies responsibility, we ended with private transport via dunes tours (excellent company) and we will get refund but it was hard work. The hotel itself is very clean food is good property is excellent condition, pools are well maintained 10/10"

"The rooms were clean, I don’t think they change the bed sheets very often. Too noisy for us , to many young drunken people, we’ll be going to an adult resort next time, the only reason we went there was the price. The staff was good and helpful called the night before for a bell boy to get our luggage in the morning, and they were late, almost missing our shuttle. In our experience we would go somewhere else next time "

"El precio que se muestra no es el total en el momento del check in se hace un cargo de un fee por el resort y pues en nuestro caso no pudimos acceder al club de playa (en el cual no se puede acceder con alimentos ni bebidas) el primer día pues había un evento la señorita nos dio un cuarto mejor por el inconveniente."
