The property was within close distance to grocery shopping. Having cooking in the unit was very convenient. The view from the unit was amazing. One of the pools was shut down for maintenance, but due to low occupancy, the other pool wasn't crowded.

my family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. It's quiet, convenient and so comfortable. What we enjoyed the most was the beautiful view from the balcony which was so spacious. The staff was super friendly, the supermarkets right in front of the building. I hope to come back soon

If you are looking for spectacular views, safety and super convenience to the marina, supermarket or gas its great. But I would have to say I wont be back. The unit had issues that you won't see until you arrive. Such as filthy carpets, scuffs throughout on the walls, damaged bathroom decor, dirty couch, even a bit of peeling on the ceiling. Also, the floors were not clean. I wore white socks around and they were black in a short time. I am a room person so this wasnt it for me. It wasnt a total loss. The view of el Arco was absolutely spectacular to see each day. The staff here was so helpful and made me feel very safe. And the transportation (Uber) was seamless and super fast. I am a bonafide room person. I like to relax in my units or resort rooms sometime. If you dont care about the room (As some people really dont, they say they only sleep there) I would say try this place because the area is supreme. Lots to do. But dont be alarmed if its not as clean as you thought viewing the photos.

We loved our stay at this location. We had an awesome view of the ocean and spent a lot of time on the balcony. The staff were friendly and professional and do an excellent job maintaining the property. The location was nice with a grocery store within walking distance. We were far enough away from Medano Beach to avoid craziness but were close enough that we could get there or to other beaches quickly. We would love to go back!

Wonderful stay and vacation for a family with 3 young children! Absolutely beautiful view. Loved the rooftop balcony. Very friendly staff at the gate. All necessities close by. A home away from home. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

I never stayed at this place. There was no arrangements for me to enter the property so after over an hour trying various methods to contact the owner or agent to get access I booked a different hotel. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, even an enemy.

Gate security stuff and view and view! Balcony is awesome and great furnishings. Beautiful pools and stuff working so hard nice to see. Clean garage room. Gym was bit disappointed. Very clean toom but i saw tiny roaches all over. Overall great stay!

Fantastic Apartment with great amenities and VIEWS

This was a fantastic property!! Great space, very clean, spacious, serene location with incredible views. The private rooftop was a special treat at sunrise and sunset with amazing views! Definitely will try to stay here again on our next trip!!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Apartment two four zero eight, a luxurious fourth-floor unit overlooking the pool. Soriana grocery store & Costco HUGE convenience!! The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious!! and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family vacation (no bbq). Kitchen’s well stocked, with all the essentials to prepare proper meals. The A/C worked exceptionally well in every room, the hot water was always reliable, and we never heard any noise from neighboring units. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues during our stay. The dishwasher didn’t work the whole stay and staff informed us they would need to contact the warranty company for repairs. Additionally, the blind assembly in the two-bed guest room unexpectedly fell during the night. However, maintenance responded promptly and repaired it the following day. One of the highlights was the outstanding security team. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and visible throughout the property, monitoring entrances and regularly patrolling the grounds. We also appreciated the covered assigned parking, efficient elevators, well-maintained/equipped gym, and fantastic pool areas. Absolutely thrilling for high school graduates & adults~~

The property and amenities at Lumina were absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. While initial communication was somewhat lacking, the staff more than made up for it; They graciously granted me extra time to check out when I needed it, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Lumina and give them a well-deserved five-star rating, with the only suggestion being to enhance their initial communication process.

This stay was absolutely beautiful! We were in a 3 bedroom, and it was so spacious, and there were so many mirrors! Helpful for a girls trip when we are all getting ready. Only feedback I’d give is 1.) the bathroom towels did not appear clean and had staining on it 2.) the dishes also were not clean when we arrived. We ran the dishwasher twice with our dishes as well, and the dishes still were not clean. But the view in this room was beautiful, big open windows, spacious, and big rooms. Despite those two complaints, it was a great stay! I’d definitely would come back!

The kitchen was ok for equipment but when I tried using a pan on the stove top it wouldn’t work. The staff had to come fix stove top and the new pans don’t work on this stove top. Pool was clean. Also, key pad entry instructions should be updated for the type of key pad. A really big issue was dishwasher didn’t work for entire stay 10 days and had to deal with the maintenance staff coming 2 different times as well as lack of communication from staff to get maintenance crew to come. Also, a large blind fell down on me, this was eventually fixed. Overall I feel a refund should be made with all the issues I had to deal with. In the advertising of this place it says 10 minute walk to beach- this is not true and was a huge disappointment as I love walking on the beach.

Pros: - Property is nicely located a few minutes away from the marina. - The condo is spacious and the rooms are nice. - The pool area is nice and the place feels safe. - The ocean views are nice even though Costco is literally in front of the complex. Cons: -Main bedroom AC did not blow cold air so we had to resort to keeping the door open and having the living room AC on to help cool the room. - A few small cockroaches in our kitchen. - Guest room door got stuck so you couldn’t completely shut it other wise you’d get stuck.

Vista Vela is a wonderful property. The space itself was large and clean and the view of Land's End was a true highlight. The bedrooms were also large with comfortable beds and big showers. The kitchen had all the basics but both Costco and a large Soriana grocery store are right across the street so you can walk for any needs. I have to add again, the view was unbelievable and we would watch whales directly from our balcony. A MUST tour is the Whale Watch Cabo tour from the marina to see humpbacks right beside you. Because of La Nina this year there were many grey whales as well and those are the ones that breach (jump out of the water). I have no issue recommending this building to anyone and we have already discussed coming back.
