"From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!"

"El hotel tiene un encanto muy especial.
Todo se nota muy bien cuidado y siempre impecable, desde las áreas comunes hasta los pequeños detalles. El ambiente es relajado y acogedor, lo que hace que la estancia se sienta muy cómoda. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería.
La única desventaja es que el baño de mi habitación está muy pequeño, te puedes bañar y lavar los dientes al mismo tiempo."
