"シャワーの水圧が悪く　夜はシャワーも水しか出ませんでした。時間もおそかったのと水が体にかかってしまった後だったためホテルにはその旨伝えていません。 朝になったら熱いお湯が出ました。 コスパが合っていないなと感じた滞在でした。"

"The two-bedroom accommodation was perfect for our visit with elderly parents. Close enough to the Strip, but not having to deal with a casino on property was an advantage."

"The property is located in an ideal spot to quickly grab your car to venture off strip. The hotel is smoke free which is great and smoke doesn't waft in from MGM. Pools in Tower 1/2 is more private and chill for Vegas (I prefer lowkey) but you have access to a bar and all the MGM pools if you prefer to be swimming with louder crowds in the lazy river."

"Definitely better places to stay for the $$. We were only staying for the one night so it wasn't a big deal, but our room wasn't clean properly and it was loud. You can hear the pipes and plumbing everytime water was used and the heating/ac unit was super loud throughout the night. Stains and holes on the sofa bed."

"Love the location of this hotel, attached to a mall that brings your straight to the strip. No casino at the lobby, making it less crowded and much more enjoyable. Removed 1 star because I asked twice to have the sofa bed ready, and no one came. Overall a great experience."

"Pool was closed. Other than that the property was wonderful. Checking in was difficult. Had to park and get a ticket, walk across to the hotel. Self chec-in made us wait 30min “while the room is prepared” for a prepaid room at 8pm. Then they offer a special rate for parking but to get it, you had to take your room key out to the parking garage and swipe it. Very clunky check in process. Loved the hotel, restaurants, and casino."

First be prepared to spend more for the incidental deposit than your entire stay ($900 for a 3 night stay), Lights in the bathroom didn’t work, do not disturb sign was on the door and the housekeeper still knocked on the door, there was a mess left in the sink from a previous tenant, the blackout curtains don’t block the light from the exterior accent lights and made it bright in the room all night every night, the convenience market in the lobby is a...

"The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and made it easy to get a good night's sleep. We really enjoyed the food at Zen Café—it was delicious, although a little on the expensive side. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing, and the drinks were just what we needed while enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again."

"I booked a room at Ellis island at the last minute after my reservation was unexpectedly cancelled at a different hotel. The only complaint I have is that I wish the hotel room had a couch in it or the option to rent a rollaway bed. "When we arrived I wasn’t aware that housekeeping wouldn’t be offer since it was a third party booking. And when I asked for housekeeping I couldn’t get a hold of the owner to get the housekeeping done. Since we did stay more than 2 days. I did tried messaging on the site but got no response.but overall the room was amazing. View was beautiful."
