"Very good"

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"We had a fantastic experience staying at the London house. Staff was very helpful. Room service experience was spot on. Fast and fresh! Room was very clean and the view was a plus. Located minutes from the Magnificent Mile. "

"No microwave, cold pool, elevators broke people got trapped we climbed so many stairs. A homeless man lived in the alley you had walk through to travel. The ceilings were just concrete with weird chalk on them the Window covering gets stuck when you use it we had to put it on track to use it. When you call on the room phone for service you talk to an automated machine for awhile, "

"It was incredibly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable! There were a couple of comfy robes to use, and the decor was great. And Beverly was the best!!! She gave us great suggestions of things to do and places to eat and even helped us make reservations with discounts. I had a great time visiting Chicago and staying at the Silversmith...Ill be back, for sure!!!"

"I will start by saying the staff was so friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the location. However, for what I paid, it was a little lackluster…. Our room was very warm. We couldn’t sleep the first night there so we called the next evening. The air filter was filthy and he was able to get it back running again, thankfully. The shower knob fell OFF IN MY HAND as I turned it. Even on our last day there, we just had to guess how to use the shower knobs to get it to the temp we wanted and...
