The digital check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We especially loved spending time on the rooftop terraces, relaxing in the jacuzzis and enjoying the atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay in Tulum—we would definitely come back!"

"Great meals, very helpful and kind staff members, clean surroundings, clean rooms, good choices of restaurants for dinner. The downside is that for an all inclusive Adult resort, it seemed to die down before midnight - literally lights out! No bars, nothing!! And the choice of drinks in the rooms was not the greatest, it would help to have at least a few little bottles of spirits rather than just beers."
