"Room was acceptable. Too much decaffeinated coffee and tea and not enough of regular. Staff was pleasant at check in and out. Restaurant staff didn’t seem to happy. Need to smile more. It’s not the guest’s fault that they have to work."

"The hotel was in an excellent location, really easy to get to key locations. Darling Harbour only a 10min walk. Circular key was 10mins to the light rail then a short 10min ride. Loads of restaurants and shopping in easy reach. We had a one bedroom apartment with a roll away bed for our son. There was tons of space for us all. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the city. "
