"We had a great one night stay. The hotel was a short walk from the station and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived as a room was ready. Room was lovely, a nice temperature. The breakfast was very good lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a great position just a short walk to the centre. Would recommend."

One phone call was all it took and the staff immediately found it, safely kept it and returned it to us when we came back into the country.
