"We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B. Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was much larger than average, including the bathroom which had a full tub. We enjoyed a delicious authentic Indian dinner in the afternoon. The curtains blocked out 100% of the light, and we heard no sounds from either the street outside nor from in the hallways. We slept on a very comfortable bed for a full 10 hours. Full English breakfast in the morning with bangers, beans, and mushrooms. Definitely...

"We were not informed in advance that the swimming pool would be closed, which left our children very disappointed. We raised the issue with reception, but the staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the situation. Even after management became involved, we did not receive an apology. While they offered to refund our car parking, they were unable to process the refund back onto my card. After waiting 45 minutes with no resolution, I eventually gave up."

"Good hotel. Lots of airline folks seemed to stay here. Make sure to get the correct bus to and from theT5. Number 7 bus to the hotel and number 703 back to T5. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is amazingly abundant with plenty of staff on hand cleaning, serving, helping. Asked for extra tea for the room and housekeeper was very generous with tea and milk. Nicely updated bathroom. Bedding was stained on one bottom sheet. I say to miss but disconcerting for guests. "Just home from the most amazing five days here. The hotel is spotless and the staff all smiles,. My grandkids loved the warm swimming pool, the outdoor gym and the playground. The grounds are wonderful kept, full of mature trees, a war memorial and a pretty fountain. And that's before you get to the front of the hotel. The breakfasts blew us way, and our one evening meal was delicious. "

The room was spacious and very clean, with a great shower, but the outlook was not great, and I feel that the view should be described at the booking or room description stage. The Brasserie evening meal was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our breakfast was also in the Brasserie and we were lucky enough to have a table with a river view. "The staff were so attentive and kind. My kids loved the treasure hunt laid out in the room upon arrival. Lego man visiting our table made their day. The playroom and sensory room are fantastic. We’d go back again for sure. "

"The hotel looks nice from the outside but when you go in into your room carpet had stains, bathroom smelled awful, the pictures they showed on the rooms when you booked don't look nothing like when you see it on person. Staff its nice but the rooms are not .old dirty and creepy. The only nice thing is the you can see the windsor castle from the window because the balcony looks old and unsteady wont step on it at all. Windows didn't shut closed and no central heat you had to plug electrial...

"The hotel was being renovated, so the reception area was moved to the back of the property and our room was on an upper floor in a part of the hotel without a lift - a challenge with luggage. That said, the staff were attentive and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. "

"Staff were lovely and breakfast was well cooked. Surprised it was a buffet breakfast. We had a really good rate so absolutely no complaints. It was starting to look a little tired, with build up in the corners of the bathroom around the shower, and chips in the walls and paintwork of our room. The view on the top floor is lovely and made for a nice touch to visiting family where I’d originally grown up."

"The hotel was clean, the room well equipped and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The only criticism we had was the food in the restaurant, whilst very nice, was not the fine dining experience we were hoping for. The menu, which includes burgers and fish & chips, didn’t reflect the surroundings of the dining room."
