We had a great one night stay. The hotel was a short walk from the station and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived as a room was ready. Room was lovely, a nice temperature. Room decent size and big comfy bed, good central Oxford location for the delights of Oxford and very close to Westgate shopping centre. Staff all very pleasant. First room we had, had a very unappealing badly stained carpet but we got moved the second night.

The hotel was spotless and well situated. However the main plus was the staff. Polites, helpful and super efficient. Breakfast was busy but the team were fabulous. Front desk, especially Swapnil, were the most courteous ive encounter in the UK for some time.
