"Beautiful and wonderful location "

"It was such a horrible hostel experience, the bed was dirty and looked like someone had just checkout , they didn’t change the bed sheet from the previous guest, its was disgusted , I found hair and dirt on bed, I had to put a towel and paper underneath for me to lay down, and they price was overpriced for $45 a night at this unhygienic place. I do not recommend this place unless you just need a place to shower after hiking. Pay more and go find a hotel. The most disappointing hostel experience and wasted of money"

"Breakfast was good. Very old and dated hotel in need of a revamp. Beds were lovely and ideal location. Just needs a renovation. Bathrooms and carpets pretty ordinary "

"The property has beautiful views and is not a terrible walk to town. Just a steeper hike uphill when you walk back to the hotel from town. The bed was the best I have slept on while in New Zealand! Very comfortable. "
