"Hotel was nice and convenient"

"it was a beautiful apartment that was perfect for us and out kids. The onsite waterpark was great to relax at on our first day after an overnight flight. I wish that we had had more time to enjoy the property because it was great."

"The hotel is right across from universal, 20 min walk or quick uber ride. The pool onsite is nice and spacious. Food was expensive, but there are some cheaper options close by."

"Good, not great. Pool was very dirty with leaves and other debris floating each time we visited. We had to switch rooms on night 1 of our stay and received an automated text message with incorrect information as the only direction to our new room. Hotel has 2 towers and we were on our own to figure it out. Didn't get settled in until past midnight and we were on our own to figure out where we were supposed to be going. TV in the room kept going in and out, but we didn't even bother calling about...
