"They lost the laundry we sent down. It took two days to get back a pair of pants and was charged 25.00. A lot of staff cleaning rooms dominately spoke Spanish. Unsure if they understood our requests at times Room service menu needs more items to offer"

"I booked a 2 bedroom with a bigger king room paid for lake view went to the room and it was dirty had a awful smell like some dead fish.i went back to the front desk to change rooms they then gave me another 2 bedroom and i asked before i left if i was the same type of room i booked with a lake view.Receptionist said yes i went to the room and it was smaller and a tree was blocking the view. This room also the shower was nasty and waterbugs like crazy also the washer was nasty had hair in and a mold smell just like the dish washer .The beds were so hard. I went back diwn and said im need the price difference on the room the manager said it is a difference but it is when i booked also paid extra for a lake view tbh i need my money back or even half because this was the worse resort i ever stayed at. Manager said he cant do anything about that.on top of everything when i booked it said nothing about the water park lazy river and yellow and green slide was closed so we didn't enjoy the experience and the food was trash definitely overpriced. Dont recommend to no one."

"Wasn’t very clean unfortunately. Kids running up and down the hall until 11pm. You can hear the people above you moving there chairs in and out from the kitchen table. Overall wasn’t bad but I don’t think I’ll be back."

"This hotel was very accommodating after our original hotel (at the Cadillac) told us they couldn’t provide our room at check in. So yes, this hotel saved our trip. The hotel grounds were beautiful and clean. The food/restaurants were delicious. There were many pools to choose from to soak up the sun. The beach area was beautiful and the beach wait staff was great (kept the food and drinks flowing). Only negative for our stay… the beach wasn’t really swimmable due to the excessive accumulation of seaweed washing up from the ocean. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault. It was just the time of season. We learned that this happens seasonally but usually disappears by June… Overall, we would definitely return in the future. "

"It was a perfect spot for me...I was traveling alone so the ease of hotel proximity to the airport was great... also a nice little bar where I went for a glass of wine and stayed for dinner...all very good... all in all it was perfect!"

"Hear me out…this place is AMAZING. I wanted a room right on the beach as I was looking I decided to splurged the extra money and rented the penthouse…giggles Just me and the whole suite to myself. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The view, the tub, the giant bed. For the first time ever I truly felt like a princess. I couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you so much for the amazing time. Already rented the penthouse for my birthday!!! See yall soon! I miss y’all bunches……ten out of ten recommend"
