"This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...

"Just be aware when booking through third party sites, or at least follow up on the property site. I booked this room because it was close to a friend’s celebration that started 5p. Expedia had check in time for 3p and sent email confirmation for check in @ 3p. Arrived at 230 to see about a possible early check in since it was close to 3. "Very beautiful and clean rooms and lobby. There is a bar downstairs and food within walking distance. Shuttle goes every 20 mins to midway which is very convenient. Highly recommend if you have an early morning flight out of midway."
