"Everything was really nice and close to Grant park which is fabulous."

"The hotel was beautiful and unique, and the staff were friendly! We enjoyed the cocktail lounge on the first floor. My only complaint is that our Air Conditioning unit didn’t work, but we also didn’t bring that to the attention of the front desk because we had reservations somewhere and weren’t back until late, so I can’t really complain!"

"Very cool and very modern. Rooms are small, but if you are there for business or to just see the sites, you probably won’t spend a ton of time in your room, anyway. But while you are in your room… You will feel like you were in a spaceship. Lots of Technology and an iPad is used to control everything from the television to the lights. Overall, great hotel… Food at the bar/restaurant is extremely limited, kind of expensive, and really didn’t taste great. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating. I came an hour before my check-in time, and my room was ready. I was immediately checked in. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room is a bit small, but I just needed a clean, quiet place to lay my head. I also didn't like that there weren't many outlets in my room. I should've brought my own extension cord. The hotel is situated in a bustling neighborhood, with numerous restaurants, bars, and lounges nearby....

Many options to choose from dining, riverwalk, shopping, safe, clean, bulding in great shape and the rooms are very clean and up to date and easy to get too.This will be our place to stay "everytime"!"

"Loved everything about my stay at the Hyatt Centric Loop! They were very kind and honored my request for a high floor! The staff was friendly, polite and professional. So glad the hotel is pet friendly—the room was totally clean with plenty of toilet paper and towels. The view was awesome. The king bed was the most confortable bed I’ve ever slept in—wish i had one just like it at home! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Chicago!!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Chicago Hilton. Loved the ambiance and the inspiring architecture on entering and the old fashioned elevator lobby was a treat itself. The Irish Pub was outstanding with a nice atmosphere and not overly sports oriented like some. I was there during some kind of trade event but the place never felt crowded or had long waits for anything. My room on the 18th floor was a little spartan for my liking, though quite large, however for the amount spent I expected...
