"The hospitality was terrible, except for Rubio the bell man, was the only friendly and helpful employee. The rest was good except the wave pool was broken all three days."

"It exceeded our expectations. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The only thing we would recommend is carpet cleaning. The complimentary breakfast items were exceptional, and the dining area was so clean and tidy and well attended by the staff. The staff was one of the best experiences we have had from the day we checked in and the day we checked out. We would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel has a very good fresh cooked breakfast to offer. Enjoyed the hot tub. Room was very comfortable. Patio on the weekend was a bit loud for us though. That was the only negative. Would have stayed longer but room prices were too high to commute to San Diego."
