"The staff was AMAZING!! Very friendly and helpful. I had bad pain in my foot late, making it difficult to walk. I walked to the front desk to try and fine amending machine, since everything was closed in the hotel. I needed food so I could take my pain meds. The front desk staff saw I was limping and having trouble so instead of sending me walking further to the vending machine, they provided me with a snack bag they had prepared for Honor Guests. They were very kind and I appreciated it...

"Absolutely horrific experience. The staff made multiple mistakes upon check in, overcharged us twice, received no apologies and when asked for proof that they had made attempts to contact us they couldn’t provide anything and what they could provide had a room that wasn’t even mine. I will never stay here again!"
