"Immediately upon arrival, the hotel was beautiful. I may be a little biased as a lifelong disney fan, but it really was gorgeous. Navigating the hotel was a little confusing, but the signs were very helpful. Our room was a gorgeous round castle room with a separate room with a couch and a tv. The bathroom was connected to the living room and the bedroom which was very nice. I felt very safe in the hotel. "The property in itself is good BUT the beds are very stiff and the room smelled like mildew. When we where leaving we noticed the vents were pretty dusty and had mold looking spots on them. Staff is great."

"Very enjoyable stay. The location was great, many activities in walking/biking distance. This is one of the first resorts I’ve stayed at as adult aged and I didn’t expect the pool to be so chaotic with kids. Absolute mayhem. Thankfully there was an incredible lake near by to get my swimming fix in."

"The room was clean and staff was wonderful. To be honest the original room we were in it was GROSS. My husband and children were covered in bug bites and we found cockroaches in the room. When we brought one into the office they quickly checked the room and moved us to a new one our last night there. The original room was disappointing but it worked out. Thank you Dora for being wonderful and getting us taken care of!"
