"Our favorite place to stay when we go to Disney."

"The room was so so. Nothing was amazing, the breakfast was worth it. But the AC in the room seemed to not work great and the bathroom faucet seemed to drip continuously if not put exactly right. Also one bed was tightly made and the other seemed thrown together making us question cleanliness. The beds were also old spring beds that were noisy. The best thing about the place is its proximity to Disney. "

"Super friendly staff and immaculate cleaning services. Stayed there with my son for 4 nights. Rooftop bar and pool a bonus. Yummy cocktails. Rooms was on the small side, but bed super comfy and we didn’t spend much time in the room. Would happily come back!"

"Need to be modernized. Buildings are old and need lots of renovation. The pool chemistry was not good. The staff made up for all negative stuff. The kids loved the water park and the staff. That’s what really matters. "

"This hotel was a great deal - included breakfast, close to restaurants, and about a mile walk from Disneyland. In the morning, it was crazy busy at breakfast, but the staff does a great job keeping the food stocked tables clean, and moving customers in and out. When we weren’t at Disney, we enjoyed the pool, slides, and happy hour drinks. The hotel is also close very close to the major car rental companies. Good location, great service, fun on-site activities, and would stay here again. "

"Property was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt the Mary Jane's restaurant was a little overrated. Food wasn’t what I expected."

"The hotel staff was friendly and someone was always on staff willing to help. The only thing I would suggest is more equipment for the gym cable machines. Other than that everything was great and really close to the airport! The shuttle service was good. "

"The staff was great, I had a problem with the food and the grille. My food tasted weird, they did great and gave my son something different. The biggest issue I had was with the text message service. It was difficult to get what I needed from this number as they did not respond. I attempted multiple times and it was still no success. Overall the stay was good and hopefully they can resolve this issue."

"Toilet was not functioning after check-in and when we let the front desk know, we were told that we could not switch rooms and that we would have to wait until morning to have maintenance come and look at it and to use the lobby restroom. After a long day of driving this was extremely inconvenient especially since our room was on the opposite side of the lobby. When my child needed to use the restroom, we did end up going to the lobby restroom...where the toilet was clogged. I had to ask for a...

"This was our second time booking at this location the first time was before it was Sonesta, it was Great the first time around 2nd time whomp! For starters the pool was not accessible we would need to travel to another hotel (drive) which really took the fun out of it for us personally. They did compensate us for not being able to use the pool and did not charge us a nightly parking fee but still a point of from us for that pool situation. 3rd the beds! So uncomfortable don’t even get me started...

"Room could have been cleaner, there’s some dried blood on the bathroom door (yikes) that’s been there for a while it looks like. But overall not as bad as I thought. The pool was very nice. Staff was very nice. Questionable neighbors especially at night time but if you keep to yourself it’s fine lol. "
