"Clean room, great location"

"空港近くの大きなホテルなので、チェックインには少し時間がかかりました。 Hiltonだなぁという、ざっくりな感想です。 以前、同じLAの空港周辺にある別のHiltonに泊まりましたが、今回のホテルの方が新しくて私は雰囲気が好きでした。ちょっとザワザワしてる感が畏まらなくていいなという感じです。"

"I always stay here, but on this occasion I couldn’t help but notice how awful the registration staff were (some of them). Perhaps just young & inexperienced in what customer service actually means. Jimmy was terrific. Housekeeping & restaurant staff were terrific."

"Very disappointed with the service. The front desk staff did not acknowledge us when we arrived or left the hotel. There was no greeting, no smile, and no attempt to engage with guests. It came across as rude and unwelcoming. The only positive aspect was the food counter staff, who were helpful and friendly. Deepak was especially great and provided excellent customer service. Sadly, the poor attitude of the front-of-house team means I would not stay at this hotel again."

"I had a duplicate booking and they did not give me all the rooms they charged me for, but charged me a cancellation fee, when I was there and both them an Expedia realized it was a duplicate booking on accident. Expedia was paid for the rooms then the hotel took another 50% for the rooms a day before I checked in and then they made as though waiving the other 50% was doing me a favor when in fact I already paid for 2 more rooms than they gave me access to.
