"Check-in was extremely frustrating and took over 1 hr and 20 mins to get through the line, and it was clear others had been waiting even longer. What made it more difficult was seeing several employees at the desks not actively helping guests; some were on their phones or chatting, and even a manager appeared to be focused on tidying the desk area instead of assisting with the growing line. After finally checking in, I was directed to the concierge desk for a parking pass, which was unexpected....
