"For starters as soon as we entered the room the carpet was damp and sticky in places. both the shower head and sink faucet was loose. The small shelf above the toilet was hanging on by a thread. the toilet itself had to be flushed 2 or 3 times to completely flush. The track to the bathroom door was completely unscrewed from the floor. There was water damage on the ceiling as you walk in the room by the vent. The ice machine on the 12th floor we were staying on didn't work for the entire time we...

"Excelent everything except the parking lot was a rip off $67 for one night most hotels don’t charge parking for customers , everything was super expensive $10 a water $12 a small bier ,etc"

"Great place for the price point. Clean, easy to get to and close to the beach as long as you drive. The blankets are thin so I would bring my own, and the mattress is a little wonky, but incredibly clean and well maintained. The pool is super nice and I would visit again."

"Family friendly, clean, helpful staff, great location. The private beach was very nice with chairs and cabanas free to guests. The only downside was how busy the pool was. Unfortunately the size of the pool is probably too small for the property and it was always packed and loud."

"Was not able to use the main amenity which is the pool. They were the only hotel in the area to close the pool due to thunderstorms. I called 3 hotels and all of them were open. Had to checkout early and leave, didn’t even get my refund back. Will not be going back to this hotel again."

"Nice hotel rooms, grounds and pools, friendly staff. There was a surprise fee of 35$ per night for parking which we felt should be included in the room fee. There was complimentary coffee only until 7am, after that you needed to go to the sit down restaurant. The restaurant was lacking for dinner for kids, we thought we bought a pizza called a "flat bread" but it was indeed a flat bread, not a pizza. Lots of kids in both pools and the hotel started allowing dogs at some point, so lots of...

"Hotel staff was helpful and available. Some valet guys had attitude. (Valet only) Room could have been cleaner. Overall place is better than average, mostly because of proximity. I would like to try other places before I visit this one again."

"The room was small and outdated. The entrance to the hotel was nice for check in. We were disappointed that the room was so dingy. The pool area and staff was upkept and clean. Perfect to get out of the heat for the kids."
