"We have been coming here for years snd it is truly time for a refresh. The rooms are outdated and need some renovating. People come for the pools, but when its time to to retire for the evening, the feel isn't the same."

"Hotel is wonderful, just know that if you stay in a room with a bay view in the 1000 building, it faces a public park where they party loudly, camp, and have fires going which makes your room smell like smoke. They were very accommodating and moved us to another room though."

"The room was supposed to be studio and it did have a room that felt a bit separate, but it was only divided by a curtain. The room had no microwave and very little fridge space as is was already filled with incidentals. The air conditioning did not work well, so it was tough to sleep. The set up of the room itself was a bit odd, especially when it came to the shower and the toilet. The toilet did not feel private. I did enjoy the Starbucks right downstairs."

"Great staff, room and service. Only downside was not having microwave in the room and mandatory valet fee. Valet is also $40 per night which is bit extensive after room charges"
