"We definitely stay in the future!!"

"This is now our go-to hotel when we come to Disneyland--and that's about 3 times a year. ;) We always make sure to ask if they have any upgrades for Expedia VIP members and they are always gracious about checking! The hotel really leans into Disney magic, and the rooms are comfortable and large. We always love staying here. The small deli/coffee shop/convenience store is also TOP NOTCH. We love that place!!"

"California Suites Hotel has a MYSTERIOUS norm that is exceptional. I was stayed in the room most of the time did not bother anybody, I was felt unwelcomed with no reasons. The last time I stayed there, people got into my room while I stepped out, broke the security clutch from within. I show the picture of the broken clutch to the front desk staff, he was not surprised, just gave another room to look at (change room). The suggested room was in the hotel edge conceal area, with no security...

"Overall a good experience. The room was large and well stocked. I did find some hair in the bathroom but wasn’t a big deal. The restaurant was severely understaffed, that’s the only place to get a Starbucks coffee at the moment with the cafe market being renovated and it took close to 30 mins for two coffees. One person in front of us. The shop is expensive but good if you don’t want to leave the resort. The pools were nice and staff was so friendly! Would recommend to friends and family."

"Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Location of Basecamp made it easy to walk to just about everything downtown. The staff was helpful. The bar had good food and a live band and fostered a get-to-know your neighbor vibe. Otherall a great experience!"

"My room was clean. The only thing I disliked was that both shower heads had a leak. The little kitchenette only one of them worked. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and this time I felt like I over paid and my room wasn’t worth it."

"Our overall stay was good. Room was nice. Loved the patio and easy access to the pool and beach. But the beds were totally uncomfortable. They are not pillow top mattresses. They were the hardest beds I have ever slept on in my life. Will defiantly be making a trip to my massage therapist this week! Also the pool was way over crowded and not clean."

"The room, when I arrived, was clean; the patio was dirty, and probably the previous guest's hair was all over the patio DISGUSTING. However, the pool area was so gross and dirty. The smell was HORRIBLE! Tried to take my 2-year-old to the children's area and could not tolerate the stench! Smelled like something rotten. Thank God I had on sandals; the whole area was dirty, with ants everywhere. The lazy river was so dirty, and roaches in the pool. I would have expected more from such a prestigious...

"i did not like the property , it’s very expensive but the bathroom missing lot of things , toothpaste , head shower cup, all those little things missing , they are charging a lot for property but little things are not there, they should improve the quality"
