"The beach was wonderful. The room was a great size for the family of four. Only two things that keep me from giving it a 5 star: The patio really needed a good cleaning, looked like it had not been done in a long time and we could not go out there barefoot. The other was a small housekeeping item. My son had some chocolate milk in a glass and house keeping did not replace the glasses just quickly rinsed them out and put them back. "Our room was clean and the staff was such a blessing to have around the amenities in the hotel."

"Dirty filthy stained old and outdated rooms. Entire campus is filthy dirty. Everything is overpriced. $45 per night for parking!!! Good is mediocre at best and ridiculously expensive."

"The location was great. The room was nice, but could have been cleaner. Expedia does not have correct room information on different types of rooms and amenities. I would check directly with hotel before booking with Expedia."

"Our room was not ready during check in. The refrigerator didn’t close all the way. Valet takes longer than expected and didn’t use the amenities and still charged on resort fees. This hotel came out to be less than a value with additional fees on valet and resort fees. It was not the way to enjoy a vacation."
