"The room where breakfast was served was dirty. I shared with the staff three days in a row about the need for cleaning and nothing was done. The waffle mix, to make your own waffles, was watery and did not look well mixed. They do not take large bills and seem unwilling to make change. They turned off the water from 11pm-5am, stating repairs were needed."

"Exceptional staff, clean room, and breakfast and the pool were top notch! Walk to the park was longer than expected at about 20 min but still walking distance. Can’t beat it at this price!"

"This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it falls flat due mainly to the service. My boyfriend and I stayed here for his graduation weekend and honestly the hotel caused what should have been a celebratory weekend into a very stressful one. That afternoon we went down to the valet to get our car to head to the first graduation. It did take a bit to get the car but we ended up being 15-20 min late to USC than expected. Not too bad.
