Hotel Spa di South Los Angeles

"The AC didn’t work. I called too late the first night, left early for a wedding can’t back and they didn’t look into it. I called again and again, too late. It was 76 degrees allllll night. The morning of check out, I talk to the manager who said he would compensate and then didn’t. It’s expensive, worn down and f*cking hot! I wish I had never booked."

"Everything was wonderful. Very clean, friendly staff, and all around good experience. Continental breakfast was not great; cold oatmeal, lukewarm warm coffee, and simple pastries etc. no real protein options unless you ordered room service"

"I will always take my wife there for our wedding anniversary. It has a great atmosphere and a restaurant with a lot to offer in the morning."

"Unfortunately they said at the desk that they were working out some kinks. The television and the coffee maker did not work at all. And the desk said they didn’t have anyone to look at it for us. And lastly, there was no breakfast service when we woke up bc there wasn’t a chef on duty. I don’t understand how they didn’t have food service on a Sunday morning. It’s an adorable hotel. It was just a bummer to pay so much when we missed out on so much A Markle"
