"The property is in a good location for walking. Lots of local food choices nearby. Rooms are very small but functional. Booked a king room. Definitely not a king bed by North American standards. Service was excellent on check in but deteriorated after that. There are better Hyatt properties out there. The shower gel was never replaced the whole time (5 days) which shows some lack of attention to detail. Doubt I will book again. Can't comment on the food. There are too many great off...

"Large room for a family of 4. Beds and cots were comfortable. Clean sheets. Rooms are dated. Breakfast options great and so convenient. Location is so good - being close to Waterloo station is great to get around both in the city and out. I would stay here again and would recommend. It's a mostly quiet area as the street it's on it closed off and for pedestrians. It is definitely a no frills hotel. No fridge, no tissue paper/kleenex boxes. Cleaning by request only. "

"Found a bedbug in our room on 5th day of our stay. My wife and I were very upset but the hotel general manager was only interested making excuses rather than comforting us. She also implied that we brought the bedbugs with us. We weren't offered another room as we might spread them but we were welcome to move to another hotel, they told us.
