"First of all, I had a difficult time getting in touch with customer front desk by phone. My sisters and I called several times and each time no one picked up the phone. The property is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms twice due to broken items. 1st room had a broken shower seat. The 2nd room had a leak from the bathroom ceiling later in the evening and no maintenance tech on-site until the following morning. This may have been a nice hotel years ago but it’s quite run down for the price. I...

"The room is very small. The room had no sitting chairs. Sitting chairs could not fit because the queen bed takes up 75% of the room. The elevator was broken so we had to walk up the stairs to get to our room."

Wish the king sized bed room was a little bigger, but other than that, the stay was nice and in the heart of Times Square / Broadway.
