"The hotel is fantastic but the room was below average. We had the city view so we weren’t expecting much in terms of views, but the room was extremely dark with little lighting and a tiny window tucked in the corner. It’s not worth the money."

"The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. While I didn't get her name she is an asset to the hotel. The room was clean and inviting. I would stay there again if I were in the area."

"Very uncooperative staff regarding check in and check out ! I requested for a late check out annd they agreed but still deducted 57$ for late check out which was 12pm while for th check in they gave me room by 4pm Overall not a good experience"

"Provide shuttle to the offsite parking lot, we stayed in a city view room on the 29th it was great, even had a view of the American falls. Room was modern, bathroom nice "

"Elevator small and long waiting at peak time. No boiler in room but a small coffee maker. Room is also very small. Bath room fan is pretty efficient"

"The staff was very nice and they let us check in earlier at no cost. However, the hotel is very old and several things didn’t work like the exhaust fan in the restroom. They had only one small table in the room and that wasn’t enough space to put our stuff on, specifically in the bathroom!"

"Great place to stay without costing an arm and a leg. 2 block walk to E train and then from there can get to Carnegie Hall, Union Station, and even world trade center. AC eas solid and strong. quickly cools the entire room."

"The hotel itself was fine. The staff, however, is another story. I am trying to get a receipt of my stay for 5 days now and I have not received an email from them with it. This was charged directly to hotel and my card was charged. I was hung up on multiple times or transferred to numbers that kept ringing. It is inexcusable to not respond to a customer to that has paid to stay in your hotel. And such a simple request."
